Wonders though how close you'd have to be, i mean if it is a few inches or less it is still a touch screen and the sillys will touch it anyway, but can you blame them it is an iPod. How can you not touch, even if youre not supposed to:) :) :)

I think there's a lot to be said for the amount of thought and strategy that can be put into some aspects of the game. Much like many other video games I don't judge based on the subject matter (unless it's Barbie, Hannah Montana or Justin Bieber related - I'm just so biased) until I know whether or not there is more to the game than that.

What happened to iCal from the Beta 1 Lion release? I felt that was a great unification of iOS iCal and OS X iCal (the layout was similar to iPad's iCal but it still looked like an OS X app). This new, giant brown header with embossed buttons and hard-to-read titles is just... awful.

Me too. I lived in the DC area before and reception was fine. Now I live in Cincinnati (not exactly a population dense area) and I have about 20% of my calls dropped or can't be completed. And when I'm on-call, this is so horrible it frightens me. I've been ready for a new carrier for months now (and I've only been with AT&T for 9 months), but not quite ready for a new phone (yet).

These are vulnerabilities, which obviously need to be addressed, but just because they found more kernel bugs in OSX, Linux, and BSD, doesn't mean Windows is suddenly 'secure.'

C'mon, Opera has had the ability to save the open tabs for, what, 5-6 years? Safari is really so broken that they have to prompt to close the tabs instead of just saving the state so it can be brought back up next time it's launched?

IT's really down the road when SSDs get bigger and cheaper and when TB is put into a MBA (without any other ports) that it will matter much more.

As long as my daughter is in there, I will have a say who goes in the bathroom. my daughter isn't a woman yet, she is a girl, and I will do whatever it takes to protect her. I just found that the person that was beat up was transgender and this was a hate crime. How come this is not all over the news? I guess hate crimes are okay now by black people but if a white person did this it would be the end of the world.

IMHO--A solid upgrade. Same price point but more memory, more video ram, fw 800, dual layer burner.
