if 6 years completed without an LC/I-140, then if someone moves to H4, does LC+I_140 in say 5-6 months, can he/she come back to H1 (3 year extension?)

I have applied I-140 and I-485 on July 2. I think I forgot to attach one experience letters to it. Can I attach it to that I-140 after getting the receipt #? what is the procedure?

How long will it take to get the receipt number when we apply for H-1 extension? And how long will it take to get the decision?
I am assuming when I have the receipt number, I can be considered to be in legal status and keep working with my present employer though I-94 is expired.
Please help with your answers/suggestions.

I think the System.Windows.Forms is only for Windows Forms not Web Forms. You want something like
pnSummary.BorderStyle = BorderStyle.Groove;

I'm not sure about the panel web control having (or similar) location and autosize properties.

I presently have a Nikon D100 which wife is beginning to use more and more....so I am thinking of purchasing another digital Nikon..........was thinking of getting the D70. However since I only need a body I was thinking of perhaps getting another D100 or maybe trading up from there. Any opinions offered would be appreciated.

Unless the retainer/fee agreement clearly obligates you to pay for copying costs in this circumstance, the law firm should give you the documents you want without charge.

We have asked for an amendment to allow applicants to file for I 485 even when the dates are not current so that EAD can also be filed (which gives portability).

Our EB3 PD is JUL-06 then why RFE now?
I agree that you should just send the G-325, if that is all they ask for. Just follow the instructions on the RFE regarding how to respond.

I believe what you need to show is the company's P&L statement with revenue statement, and not just $7000 in profit. if the company has a revenue of $1mil or more, it should be fine, if less then it needs to show how many employees it had and what profit or loss it made....it should be at least $1.0 profit, rather than a loss.

... But the consulting firm advised against it as according to them if she re-enters in H4 (even before Oct 1) while her H1 approval is pending, her H1 application will be cancelled and she has to restart the process all over again. Something to do with the last status on re-entry.
I think this issue used to be there. Why do you think otherwise? COS is not computerized to happen on Oct 1. It is manual process, while approving H1B, it is done. When someone enters after that on H4, then that COS is overwritten.
What lawyer is telling in this regard?

Middlesex County Superior Court Judge James Hurley ordered firms that register domains and provide hosting services -- GoDaddy Inc., Network Solutions, Comcast Cable Communications Inc. and DiscountASP.Net, to disable the three sites, ITgrunt.com, Endh1b.com, and Guestworkerfraud.com. Facebook Inc. was also ordered to disable ITgrunt's Facebook page.
The order was made in response to a libel lawsuit filed by IT services and consulting firm Apex Technology Group Inc., based in Edison, N.J. against the three Web sites opposing the H-1B visa program (http://www.h1b.biz/lawyer-attorney-1137085.html). Such attacks on H1B supporters increased last year as the economic situation was gloomy, and prospects for employment were not looking good. Yet, we all know that the H1B program is not the cause of all evil and in fact is a boosting factor in creation of new jobs and opportunities for American workers. My H1 Extension approved from Sept'2010 - Dec 2012. LCA shows same dates and the salary shown is $5500 PM ($66000 P.A)
However recently, i noticed that i am receiving $5373(instead of $5500) per month since Sept'2010 till date.
I informed to my employer and he is willing to increase the pay from March.
Is it possible to correct it from March payroll.
Please advise.

The employer should correct it from March and pay the 6 months difference as bonus. At end of year your salary should be at least equal to LCA.
