Should the rate of demand for numbers be very heavy in the coming months, it could become necessary to retrogress some cut-off dates for September, most likely for China-mainland born and India, but also possibly for Mexico and Philippines.
does it mean the Sept 07 bulleting may have some cut-off dates ?
What it could be for EB3 India ? Not beyond the Jun 03' as published in Jun 07 VB i guess ?

I doubt, it has anything to do with the filing AOS before a certain date. Whatever fee is mentioned on uscis website will apply for everybody.

At the time of filing my application I just used one address.
Somehow I didn't know you could use Permanent address and current address.
I'm not sure but I guess my lawyer didn't file G325 form.
Is filing G325 form something mandatory ?
I've moved recently.
I want to change the address now but want to give a new address (which is not the address I moved to .)
Should it be fine?

I don't believe leaving the company that you had signed an I-9 form with have any impact on your GC app as long as you have a same or a similar job lined up if and when you do get an RFE regarding the same.
As mentioned several times, GC is for future employment and you can switch employers as many times as you want under AC21 (of course you don't want to go overboard with switching employers every few months either :)).
I hope this helps - again this is my understanding of the law and not a legal opinion.

1st time prevailing wage was OK (lower than the salary). This time during extension, prevailing wage is more that the salary, though salary increases over the time. So employer is telling they r not able to renew H1B, because it is hard to increase the salary due to the inequity among employers. What is the solution? Thanks

Thanks for your reply. In this specific skills or requirements, we also listed several tools, I let my former employer listed them in their experience letter. Other than that, I really don't how to proof them.
on 2nd req, my opinion would be to submit following related to ur skills.
- certifications earned from industry recognised bodies like PMP or OCP etc.
- any inhouse training recd certificates
- any vendor recd training certificates

My 6th year on H1 ends Dec 2007. My PERM LC is pending and the lawyer is confident I won't run into problems. My question is after 6 years on H1 can I switch to H4 since my husband is on H1? Or if 6 years max given for an H visa?

Today my lawyer sent me my receipt numbers for 485, EAD and AP. when I enter my AP receipt number to check online status I see the following...
Application Type: OS155A, IMMIGRANT VISA AND ALIEN REGISTRATION
Current Status: Card production ordered.
On August 30, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.
Anyone know what this means... It doesn't say I-131 in application type..
Second disturbing thing I noticed when I entered my 485 number...
Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS
Current Status: Fingerprint fee rejected and notice mailed; case in suspense.
On August 23, 2007, we rejected your fingerprint fee and mailed you instructions for how to submit the necessary payment. This case is now in suspense. Please submit your payment with our notice as soon as possible after you receive our notice so we may resume processing of this case.
My lawyer says the checks have been cashed and we have proof of this.. She says it can be a typo..
Most weird part is for my EAD it says card has been ordered.. but I haven't even done finger prints and my 485 is in suspense..
